I created some user waypoints, but dont see it displayed.
For example the airfield Im based at 1WA6 is not in the Avidyne database, and I would like to have it displayed in the map. Also othe userwaypoints would like to have the option to have them displayed. Is it possible to do this?

I have experienced a similar issue. You can define the point as and airfield but the IFD will not let you select it as an origin for your flight plan. I think AVIJAKE already put it on his list of things to do.
