I reinstalled the IFD100 app on my iPad, and was surprised to see a "No Seats Available" message on my iPad after plugging in my jepp credentials.   This had worked previously, so wondering if this is a new issue or simply more shenanigans with Jepp.

My IFD540 navdata subscription is active and current, so it's not a question of the subscription expiring etc.

Anyone else seeing this?

It may be treating your reinstall on the iPad as a brand new install.

The seats can be reset by calling in, or just go to myjeppesen.com and log in to manage your "seats".
