Hi Larry,
No, there is no backup mode for DFC90s. If the supplying AHRS (Avidyne or Aspen) becomes unavailable, the autopilot will not work at all. |

Jake,
What happens to the autopilot if the AHRS supplying info to the autopilot fails? Is there any back up mode? I assume that's the primary input for heading and wings level. Larry
