I had this happen to me, and the fix was to authorize my device under connections. In my case it was the first time i had used my iphone on the airplanes network.

Does it get resolved if one disconnects from the IFD Wifi and then reconnects?

We've seen a few of these lately. I'm not sure where the problem is, but we're actively debugging it.

went to push a flight plan from Foreflight (ok my partner did) and got this message back. (IFD software 10.3.0.2) -PA  |
