I agree and would also suggest that when the transponder is in the top left datablock that the ident button go inverse green when ident is on

It is very hard to tell whether the IDENT function has been successfully triggered. The Cyan -> Green transition is just too visually similar.

How about using inverse Green to fill that IDENT "button", for the IDENT=ON state?
