I have finally connected the keyboard via bluetooth to the 540, but it took a call to tech support to get it to work. Thank you Jim for your patience in researching it, calling me back and helping me get it resolved.

I spent way too long trying to follow the instructions on page 6-56 of the users manual and got nowhere. Steps are omitted from those instructions that makes it impossible to get the keyboard to connect.

Hopefully the next edition will correct it.

I recently decided to use the IFD100 app on an iPad Mini for the remote-entry solution so I still haven't tried the BT keyboard.
