| Just installed the IFD100 app on a new iPad. When launching, it bypasses the Jeppesen login and goes straight to the app, therefore not allowing me to manage the databases. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, rebooting, etc. to no avail. The IFD100 works normally on my other iPad. |

AFAIK - this is normal behavior for the AviOS 10.2 version of the IFD100. In my experience, the Jeppesen login screen only automatically pops up on IFD100 startup if an installed database is out of date. You can always navigate to the Jeppesen login screen on the IFD100 by going to the SYS - Databases Status page and selecting the Update Databases LSK.
