I'm having a hell of a time changing frequencies during turbulence.

I'm left handed and trying to use my right hand causes me lots of grief.

Is there any tips to get your hand stable to change the frequency and make the switch.

Use the bottom left rotary knob
Use the bluetooth keyboard with your left hand
Use the IFD100 with your left hand

Just pair it as per the Avidyne flight guide, and your good to go. Put a piece of velco on it an stick it on your yoke.

Anchor your hand on the bezel and the panel itself and use buttons instead of the touch screen. Also it really helps to slow down.
