My plane has been down for a couple weeks to install Vantage.

With the Vantage Bundle pricing from Jeppesen, I was finally expecting to see Charts available in the IFD 100 app, since the full North America package is included in the Bundle subscription.

However, I found that while I can download nav data and obstacles to IFD 100, charts do not appear available, even though they are part of my subscription.

Does anyone out there have the ability to download charts into their IFD 100 app? If so, please respond, and let me know what Jepp subscription package you have.

I've asked the Cirrus community, and no one so far can see charts in any version of their IFD 100 app.

I have the Avidyne bundle full North America coverage and have no issues downloading the approach charts into the IFD100 on two different iPads as well as ForeFlight on those same iPads. In fact, I just downloaded this coming Friday's chart updates into both iPads earlier today.

The Charts tab is only visible if your IFD100 app is connected to an IFD5XX. I am not familiar with the Vantage equipment configuration, but trying to offer some possible help.

If your Jeppesen subscription is for a Vantage, the IFD 100 is not picking that up. We have a fix identified and are currently testing it.

The fix for this was released from the Apple App Store on Friday. I updated my version today, and it works as expected.
