I have an IFD 550 on Software V 10.2.2.0.A. The AHRS invariably fails to align, even if I initiate an alignment manually while stationary on the ramp. Everything else works great.
Any idea?

Your best bet is to start a conversation with tech support. Between this and your 440 problem, it sounds like there's something bigger going on.
